I know the struggles are weighing you down. Things feel overwhelming. You can’t seem to catch your breath let alone breathe. But you see, I need you to keep going. While it might feel like there is no end to the bad things that happen, there is. There is light at the end of the tunnel. You have to keep going to get there. You have a purpose. You matter. Things can and will bet better. You can overcome 100% of what life throws at you no matter what your mind might try to tell you. So for today, I need you to eat. I need you to have some water. I need you to keep staying. You have the power to get through this, don’t let your mind tell you differently.
